White Horses

A breathtaking work by the celebrated Lebanese artist H. Hamaoui (1937–2013) — a master who famously painted not with a brush, but with a thin piece of plastic, creating a signature style that set him apart from his contemporaries. White Horses, a watercolor painted circa 1990s, captures the power and grace of horses in motion with Hamaoui's unmistakable expressive technique.

Hamaoui opened his own art school in 1960 and became one of Lebanon's most distinctive and talked-about artists. Owning this piece is owning a fragment of that legacy.
